STORE POLICIES
SHIPPING / RETURNING
We are a family owned and operated business.
* Deliveries are made exclusively via MAIL via PAC, SEDEX. Which will be paid by the customer.
* Prompt delivery products will be shipped within 5 business days.
* Custom products are produced and shipped between 10 to 20 business days, as previously agreed.
* In cases of return of the post office due to incomplete address, change, unavailability of receipt, etc ..., the buyer must bear the costs of the new freight to resend the order.
* We are not responsible for delays resulting from strikes or other problems exclusive to MAIL.
* Do not accept under any circumstances violated packaging, notifying the post office, as it is responsible for delivery in order to the customer.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
* The exchange and return policy is based on Article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code.
* We do not accept return / exchange of made-to-order products. The definitions, measures and other information for the production of custom products will be discussed at the time of purchase so that everything happens as agreed.
* Remember that orders placed under existing models always showed differences because they are handmade.
* Exchanges and returns caused by defects will be accepted within 7 days after receipt, confirmed via tracking the MAIL. The buyer can choose to exchange or refund the money paid. The freight is up to the customer.
CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
* Orders that have not yet been dispatched and orders whose production has not started (under order) may be canceled by the buyer,
* Cancellation of purchases made with payment intermediated by Wix / MercadoPago / PagSeguro / Pay Pal will have the values fully returned through the platform,
VARIATION OF FABRICS / STAMPS / COLORS
* The product that is displayed in the store does not always have the same fabric, but we always have other options to choose from, since different batches of fabrics may represent small color differences between the product exposed versus the product received.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
* Payments are accepted according to the options on the website, which can be paid in installments and bank slip (this takes around 3 working days to settle the same)
ATTENDANCE
* The store service is performed only through the channels talk to whatsApp and chat here in the store.
* All contacts are answered within 48 hours (if it takes a while please be patient, we will respond as soon as possible)
ASSESSMENT
